How can I call out from new version of yahoo messenger?

I have updated my yahoo messenger as follows; "Congratulations! You are currently running the latest Yahoo! Messenger version 8.1" but now I can not find where I can call out... previous messenger very easy type and call and also there are some stored telephone numbers but all of them disabled who can help me? How can I call out from yahoo messenger version 8.1

In the messenger window.....just type the # in the box where it says Type an e-mail address.....then hit enter
