How do I get to the messenger menu?

I am not getting call computer menu in the yahoo messenger how do i get it?

    NO CALL BUTTON FOR PC TO PC CALLING IN IM WINDOW? If you are using Yahoo Messenger India, then I am sorry there is no voice chat option and your best bet is to uninstall Yahoo Messenger through add/remove programs, navigate to Program Files open the Yahoo Folder and delete the Messenger folder. Now reboot your computer and get the full installer listed below. Please note that you might lose your local rooms for your country if you switch. Full Installer for Yahoo Messenger 9.0.0.2162 http://download.yimg.com/ycs/msg/dl/msgr9/us/ymsgr900_2162_us.exe ============= If you have Windows Vista here are some tips: Try downloading the full installer of Yahoo Messenger (see above) and save it to your desktop. It comes directly from a yahoo server and by-passes the web installer that most use. If on Windows Vista right click the full installer and choose “Install as Administrator”. Vista users if still unable to install it, after you download the installer, you might have to temporarily disable the User Account Control (UAC). You can easily turn it back on.
