How do I access my Call History?

Ho do i receive my call history and voicemails?

when i sign in my call history comes up but its blank the only thing there is the help tab. i know i have messages but i do not know what to do to access them. could anyone out there be of some assistance?

Who is your service provider? ... Try calling your self from a land line phone ... when the voice mail kicks in hit star ... if you have a password enter it and that should get you by with the voicemail portion of your problem until you sort things out ... Also try power cycling the device ... (off then on) ... If you have a sim card ... remove the battery remove the sim and put it back together and power the device on ... if you are still having issues after that ... call 611 for customer care for assistance
