Why is my Yahoo voice account not being credited?

Yahoo! voice account not credited even after money was taken out of my credit card.?

I had topped up my Yahoo voice account using my credit card for $10.00 . On re-checking the account, the credit did not come through .But the money has been taken out of my credit card . Also , under ' payments history' the payment shows up . But the credit into my voice account has not been done. Who should I contact to raise my issue. I am worried as the money is already taken out of my card. Please help SL

From yahoo We are currently experiencing problems with our paid voice services (Phone Out) on Yahoo! Messenger. Opening a new Phone Out account or addings funds to an existing account are currently disabled. Please note that making calls through the Phone Out service is available (as well as free PC-to-PC calls). The issues only occur if you are trying to open a new account or purchase additional minutes for an existing account. We are working on fixing the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. Thanks for your patience.
