Is there a phone number I can call to contact yahoo's webmasters for some email help?

They don't have a phone number. But I did find a way to chat instantly with Tech help. My problem was with yahoo phone out. I had to do some heavy searching to find it, but it was there. Took a while for someone to answer but it tells you they will be with you in a minute. F.Y.I they weren't much help unless you want to give them the following info: Name- Date of birth: Zip code: and some kind of other personal information that i didn't feel like passing over the internet to someone I haven't met.
