Can you Use A personal Assistant?

I am trying to use voice on yahoo, i can hear them they can't heare me, what is wrong i set up my assistant?

i am trying to talk to my stepsister , she can talk on yahoo voice and mine doesn't work the set up assistant is working , but she can not hear me , can you tell me what i could do to make it work

This same problem drove me nuts yesterday. Finally I upgraded to Messenger 9 and everything worked normally.
