I purchase a mic for my computer to chat on yahoo. How do I know if it is working. Do u have to turn in yahoo?

I want to know when I want to talk to someone on yahoo chat with my mic do I just click on call pc option or is there somewhere in yahoo that I need to turn the mic on?

I don't think you still have to turn on the mic... just plug it in, click on the call pc option and see what happens. I purchased a mic for skype and just plugged it in and dialed.. worked immediately.... good luck! Hope it works

You need to make sure it is working properly; go to preferences and then to calling and audio and click on the call set up assistant to check sound.
