My mic Isn't working In yahoo chat?

Can anyone help me with my mic problem in yahoo chat?

• My mic was working on nite and then some people got a little mad at me in a chat room and started sending me IM bombs and since then my mic hasn't been working. Anyone have a soltion to my little problem?

  Are you sure it's not working at all, or just on that site, with those people? No matter, try this. Click Start, then Control Panel, now scroll down to Sounds and Audio Devices and open that. You can start in the Audio, then Video modes, making sure you're devices are set up correctly. I can tell you that if you've never ran the software disc that came with the headsets, this is where you'll resolve your problem. More to the point though, is that whenever you introduce new hardware to your computer, you should absolutely run its software first. It will save you a lot of grief in the long run.
