My friend is unable to accept audio on his pc, from YM.?

he has a mac OSX 10.5.5 and it will not accept audio on YM.. is there a program he can download to fix this?? I guess his program must be quite old..I dont know anything about Mac's..

Answer:
He shouldn't have to download anything to get his audio up and running, unless his computer is REALLY old and he has to change tubes or transistors or something along those lines. If that's true, he really should think about getting a newer model...
