Why is my Yahoo voice account not being credited?

I am waiting response from yahoo voice when i download USD25 prepaid in my yahoo ID roger.ocoma?

Last 27 Aug 2006 I downloaded USD25 for yahoo voice prepaid using my credit card.An amount of USD0.11 has been credited by yahoo to my credit card statement of account.I need a confirmation if I can used call using my prepaid amount. Thank you

Basically, as an identifcation protection, Yahoo! will mystery credit your account and requires you to verify this small credit in your account while logged in at http://voice.yahoo.com before you can use the funds. If you are having problems using your account or verfying the small amount, go to http://voice.yahoo.com/voice_help.php and click on the 'Live chat help' link on the right side of the page. Agents are standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist.
