How do I make Yahoo my short cut on my desktop?

I have attached external cam to my desktop PC. On Skype I can make video calls but yahoo can't find any cam.?

I have configured external web cam to my desktop system. And i want to make video call on yahoo. Yahoo messenger can't find any cam on my system but there is no any issue while making video calls on Skype. Kindly help me
