How can I change my voice?

  • I'm 11 right now and I have an extremely weird voice. It sounds similar to a young child's voice such as 2 or 3 mixed with a british accent. I know it's not my voice because when I record my voice with other peoples voices, theirs sounds normal and mine doesn't. People say I'm british and they walk up to me and start to make fun of me. It really hurts me. I always joke around, but sometimes I have to cry myself to sleep. But, when I talk it sounds completely normal in my head. And it also is a turnoff for boys. If there is no way to change my voice, perhaps you could suggest an excuse for my bizarre voice. Thank-you in advanced. P.S. This is in a weird category because I can't find one more appropriate.

    Your voice is supposed to sound normal in your own head, theres not much you can do, just wait for your voice to change on its own.

No, there's no way to change your voice. You'll grow out of it, though. As for boys, you honestly don't need to be dating. I'm a Sophmore and my classmates are too immature to date

Everyone thinks their voice sounds weird when they record it because you're not used to hearing it in that way, but your voice can change when you're getting older. If you still don't like your voice, you can always try and change the pitch or something. If you always talk in a certain way, after a while you can't stop ! :)

Listen, you're 11 years old. Your voice hasn't even begun to deepen or change. Your voice dosent make you who you are, dont be sad just because your voice is different, if someone makes fun of you it is just because they are insecure and like to point out other peoples insecurities to make them feel better about themselves. As you get older your voice will change and get deeper dont worry about what people say kid, your too young for that.
