In my yahoo messenger 10.0 window, voice call button and video call button are not enabled. How to enable them?

I uninstalled and re-installed my Y! messenger, but no use. What do you guys suggest?

Answer:
messenger 10.0 does not have that feature, no voice, no vidio call, go in to control panal, and dump everything that,s say,s yahoo, then reinstall an older version of yahoo messenger, 8 or 9, then this should work better for you, good luck!
