How do I setup video chat on Yahoo?

Yahoo & google voice chat disabled after installing yahoo messenger 10?

• i live in india . recently I installed latest version of yahoo messenger after that i am not able to see voice call or video call option i can't even see call setup under help menu or under preferences. i can't also make voice call from gtalk after that. i can use skype for voice chat but not yahoo or gmail. Can anybody help me ????????

  Some countries (most commonly in the Middle East or Asia) dis-allow these services completely. This is true for India. The only work-around for this problem is for you and all your contacts there to download the US version directly from a different website, and SAVE it (not run). Downloading directly from the Yahoo website gives you a local version depending on your geographic ISP location. Occasionally, downloads directly from the Yahoo site are incompletely installed, or uninstalled, so delete the program completely (do a Search for Files in Run ... Yahoo! Messenger) after uninstalling through the Control Panel, and delete all references in Windows Explorer. Notice the exclamation mark in 'Yahoo! Messenger' ! Once again, download and SAVE from directly web site and install once the registry is clean. You might consider downloading CCleaner to help clean out the registry safely, but be sure to back up the registry first with the program. (It's also a handy program for deleting temp files, history, etc in one click - for a faster, cleaner computer) If you use Internet Explorer 8 as your browser, Yahoo Messenger 10 will not work properly without Flash and Java programs also installed.
