Yahoo messenger voice conference doesnt working?

I have been using yahoo messenger voice conference for long time. but revently I am not able to use voice conference. whenever I try voice conference with someone I found my volme half way green & i can not click on the hands free button & after 30- 40 seconds my yahoo messenger get freeze. i have tried both yahoo 7 & the latest version 8. I have reinstalled my yahoo messenger & also reinstalled my operating system but none of them solve the problem. My sound card is working fine, i can hear music. What can I do now?

you didnt describe what type of connection you are using and which operatign system you hav...if you are using wirelss ruter so this type of connection is always difficult to add or delete someone and also cant help you often to join voice conferences...and the other thing if you are using vista so same problem will come up with you...so here is a simple suggestion for you 1. try it with landline 2. download a voice codec for you messenger. how can you search that codec so i can paste here a link for the website...visit and download that.. http://www.yazakpro.com/chatstuff/yahoo/vistayahoovoicefix.html just click and download i hope it will work for you.
