I am using yahoo messenger 10 but the voice call and video call button are disabled. how can i fix this?

I uninstalled yahoo messenger 10 because i had the same problem and went to a lower level of yahoo messenger. just download an earlier version .

yahoo messenger 10 has a few problems, so go to this link, and download an older version, go to 8 or 9, http://www.oldapps.com/yahoomessenger, don,t forget to go into control panel and dump all of yahoo messenger first, so you can do a fresh reinstall,
