Unable to make landline phone calls from my 2nd pc even though 2nd pc has newer version of messenger 8.1.0.402

I have plenty of credit in my yahoo voice account. I can make pc to landline calls from my 1st pc (yahoo messenger version ( version 8.1.0.249 module 8.0.0.1), however cannot do so from my 2nd pc, even though my 2nd pc has a later version of yahoo messenger ( version 8.1.0.402 module 8.0.0.1) on my 1st pc I can click on my contact's landline number whereas i cannot do so on my second pc. My first pc has an icon of a phone as wella s mail icon , whereas it is not there on the newer version 2nd pc
