How to view calls on Frontier (used to be version) landline phone bill?

Unable to make landline phone calls from my 2nd pc even though 2nd pc has newer version of messenger 8.1.0.402

  • I have plenty of credit in my yahoo voice account. I can make pc to landline calls from my 1st pc (yahoo messenger version ( version 8.1.0.249 module 8.0.0.1), however cannot do so from my 2nd pc, even though my 2nd pc has a later version of yahoo messenger ( version 8.1.0.402 module 8.0.0.1) on my 1st pc I can click on my contact's landline number whereas i cannot do so on my second pc. My first pc has an icon of a phone as wella s mail icon , whereas it is not there on the newer version 2nd pc
