Is there any free program that I could download to enhance my voice?

Why doesn't Voice Messenger have voice controls ??

It isn't just that the software doesn't work -- it doesn't even seem to be voice software. Some people have suggested that my Voice Messenger doesn't work because of my connection speed or because the Service Provider may have blocked it. But if that were the case, there should be nonworking voice controls when I run my software. There are NO ghosted out, inoperable voice controls, pull-down menus, or buttons -- or any reference AT ALL to the software having any voice features. REVISED QUESTION: Why doesn't the software have (non-working) voice controls when I run the program ??? The download page said it was for Voice Messenger ...

HUH? are you saying you can't be heard when you try and talk to someone via phone call through messenger? check the settings of your mic.
