Phone not sending picture messages?

So I have this virgin mobile phone that was sending pictures without a problem randomly about a week ago it just stopped sending pictures....and I couldnt receive them either. now i can recieve picture messages but I cant send...it says that my message was sent but the people arent getting my messages. Wtf is the problem -_-
