Is there a phone number I can call to access someone's voicemail for their cell phone?

I want to get a hold of some people, but dont want to bug them while they are working, is there a phone number for their respective brands I can call to dial into their voicemail? I have Verizon and know how to do it to another Verizon customer, but I didnt know if there was a way for another provider.

No you cant do it to other ppl you must have the same service inorder to go straight to voice mail, I have T-mobile and i tried to leave a message with sprit but it said it could not go throu, That person left me a message and i tried send them back a message with out calling their phone

usally you can call them and when the answering machine comes up press # or the * key and it should go to that person number mailbox and you can do it on anyphone
