i am in Dubai i want to give call to India my yahoo messenger (call a phone number is not working even though i have $ 7.00 as my balance but now it is not showing the balance in my account and also in dubai most of them cant able to give call to india this suddenly why it happens we are facing more problem so please clear the prohlem immediately . or sujest me how to give call to india in low price thanking you, yours friendly, v.v. arunkumar
