How much will the foreign calls cost?

When somebody calls me over the phone-in service of yahoo, how much it'll cost him?

• i mean, is it like that he calls me on my regular mobile phone, or home phone, or the rates for him will be like if he calls US, or what? is there any answer for that?

If your caller is outside the US, he will be charged the per minute International rate to the US. If your caller is in the US, the rate depends on whether you and him are local, regional, or long distance. Which is why it's pretty cool to have a Phone In number in the local area of where you get a lot of calls, at least for your callers. You pay the monthly fee for maintaining the Phone In Number, while your callers only get charged for making a local call, even though you're actually miles away. If they're landline, of course.
