I am a member of yahoo.voice message i have already added fun to my account $ 10 but why i can not make a call

OK , when you open main messenger window do you see dollar amount in it? It should say $10 in the left corner. If yes, then you are good to go, if not maybe you are using the older version of Y! Messenger so try installing the newest one from http://messenger.yahoo.com/ Also when making international calls , make sure you use + sing and then a country code, then city code, then number. In Y! Messenger, Preferences, Yahoo Voice choose your home country. This all should help you start making a phone calls.
