How to call philippines from singapore using Yahoo Messenger Voice ?

• I am in Singapore calling a hotel in Philippines Manila. The Country code is 63, Area code 2 and phone no. of the hotel is 7508888. I have set the country in YM to Singapore. The number I dial is 6327508888. I have tried calling many times and each time it sucessfully dial and I can hear the ringtone, but then no one is answering. The hotel I am calling is MANDARIN ORIENTAL MANILA (De Luxe), so the main line should be man 24 hours but I tried both day and night and yet no one is answering. So I suspect there must be something wrong with my steps. Anyone can help ?
