What can i do to be connected on chat?

Voice chat. I can not hear, nor talk. its like its not even connected...anyone know what to do?

smae thing happened to us. do you mean like skype or something. we had to plug in a microphone in our computer! we tried a new camera but that didnt work. but we could hear. maybe turn up your volume. or maybe THEY should use a microphone
