Answer:
1.If Ur Using Windows Vista then U Hav to Install TSPCodec for Y! Msgr. Download Link for TSP Codec: http://www.filestube.com/054c278e9b7e2e9003e9,g/tsp-codec-install.html 2. Check whether your mic is working properly in your system, go to control panel and choose the sound and audio devices try calibrating the mic. And if its working fine make sure you haven't muted your mic in the system. 3. Open the Chat Window of the Person U Want to Talk to, Or in Main Window of Ur Friends List. Go to --> Actions tab in Tools Bar --> Select Call SetUp A Window will Pop Up then Select the Micro Phone ( Default Micro Phone is Advised) Read The Instructions Given Below then U will Be Assisted to Check Ur Mic. 4. Try the US Version of Yahoo Messenger. There is NO Call Option in Indian version, coz i had the same problem & installed the US version & got the Call option U can find the Call Option from the Friends Chat window Under the View tab. then Select the Conversation tab. Call option will be Shown to U in the Friends Chat Window. Alternatively u can Select CTRL+L. From Ur Friends Chat Window U can find the Call Option when U move Ur Cursor to the Friends name in the Messenger Address Bar itself in Detailed List View. Y! Messenger has Released Beta 10. But At Present version 9 Looks Nice than Ver 10 Beta. Link For Beta - http://in.messenger.yahoo.com/winbeta/. Pls Note that U Should hav a Better Internet Connection, & a Good Qulity Mic. Link For Stable Version of 9.0.0.2162. Before U Start Download Don't Forget to Select the Country to United States. http://messenger.yahoo.com/win/ http://messenger.yahoo.com/download/win/ Hav a Nice Time.

Did u check the call setup option? If its not there, maybe its the bug in yahoo messenger programming Just try this. When you open your Yahoo Messenger don't directly double click it. Instead you right click on yahoo messenger icon. Right click >> Run As >> Administrator and give the password of the administrator account. Then you will be able to find the voice activated. I guess this would be a bug in the latest versions of yahoo which they haven't identified. Thank You
