when i am using adsl connection is get that "you are behind a firewall what does it mean

Answer:
I have heard of others having this same problem in UAE. There is a good chance that your ADSL provider is blocking the ports used for voice over IP services. Therefore, the dial-up service you are using is NOT blocking the ports, allowing the calls to go through. I suggest contacting your ADSL service provider and find out what is going on from their end.

It means you need to check your firewall. Look in the help section of your internet provider and you should find how to do it.
