I m not able to make pc to pc calls from my yahoo messenger. what should i do?

i cant make pc to pc calls from my messenger. it shows- "connecting to voice service" instead of "calling"... earlier i was able to call but this time when i installed the messenger i m not able to do so. plz tell what should i do? i installed the messenger once again but still the problem is same.. plz reply what should i do?

Check up your microphone and headphone connection.Moreover install latest version of Y msgr.........
