How do I voice chat on yahoo IM?

In yahoo voice chat , unable for caller to hear my voice . but im able to hear them?

• iam having a problem in yahoo messenger 8 in voice chat . some days back when i try 2 hav a voice chat a msg occurs"the computer doesnot support required audio compression format" as a result i will receive callers voice but they dont receive my voice. therefore with y messenger help i installed dsp group true spech codec. still the problem persists -- i found the following in sound and audio device properties the device name "dsp group true speech audio codec". type of device is sound ,video and game controllers .the driver is missing in the device. the driver detail is D:windows\system 32\TSSoft 32.ACM. in the above location i need to uninstall Tssoft & need to install freshly . where i will get this ? how 2 install this ?

  I replied privately to you with instruction. Didn’t get it? Click “MY computer” with right click >> properties >> Hardware (tab) >> Device Manager (tab) >> Sounds video and game controller (expend) >> Audio codec (right click) >> Update driver - follows on screen instructions whatever it ask you. It probably will ask for inserting CD with drivers. Once done restart PC. If it doesn’t help try uninstalling driver and installing it again (some drivers requires exactly this procedure). Your PC tech support would know all this for sure (as advised before).
