Does Yahoo! have a 24/7 phone number for customer support?

What is the phone number for customer service if you have problems with yahoo messenger-pc to phone?

  • I just signed up for this service and made one phone call. I then downloaded an update to yahoo messenger when my balance disappeared and the option make a pc to phone call disappeared from my messenger menu. I have been looking for a customer service phone number so I can talk to someone and ask for help

After some extensive searching, I found the number 866-562-7219. It is Yahoo's general support center and specific departments do not have phone support so they must be contacted by e-mail. It helps to call first though because they can give you a case number if the issue is still unresolved. They said that you should receive a response e-mail between 12-48 hours of sending yours. Good luck!
