I can't voice chat in Yahoo Messenger 8.1 version?

see friend there is no direct icon in yahoo messenger 8.1 u can do 2 things 1) go to actions and call a conputer option 2)when u open a window by double clicking on it 4 chatting there in that chat window u will get a option said call with a handset of blue telephone click on it. u can conact me if u want my id is [email protected] like 2 b friends? please message me.

FOR WINDOWS VISTA USERS ONLY... TrueSpeech shipped with prior versions of WMP from Win95 through WinXP. The codec provided with Vista seems not to work with yahoo messenger. The DSP codec should be installed manually on Vista and miracally you will be able to talk and listen on yahoo messenger ( channels and conferences) here is the link http://www.bytescribe.com/downloads/tsp_codec_install.exe

there is something seriously wrong with the new messenger 8.1 and yahell dont seem to be in any hurry to fix it i also read in here the oldversion.com site was full of virus's my messenger has been signing in and out all night from mid jan and its driving me and my friends crazy
