Voicemail on the cell phone?

Is it possible to check my cell phone voicemail from another phone?

  • Okaaay, so my cell phone has been out of service for about 2 months already but for some weird reason, my cell phone rang while i was outside but it only rang for atleast 15 seconds. Then i ran into my room and it said i had a voicemail but i can't listen to it because my phone isn't in service. I told my friend about it and she said there was a way to listen to a voicemail without it being in service. something about listening to it from another phone but she can't remember how to. Can anyone help me?? Because I really want to listen to that voicemail, just to see who its from and what it said. Although, i'm a little scared to listen to it but at the same time, i just really want to listen to it. HELP ?!

yes. when you call your phone and you start talking on your voicemail or the computer starts talking press #. then it will ask you for your password and then to press # again. then you can listen!

fortunately for you, you can check voicemails from a different phone.. unfortunately for me, one of my friends abuses this :) all you have to do is take another phone, dial you number, wait till your voicemail starts and then press #... at least this is what my friend told me he did to gain access to my voicemails... hope this helps :)

Hit the * key,or something like that,and you will be prompted for your password. Check it out. It can be done. I know you can with Alltel.
