PC to PC calling facility on Yahoo messenger?

just purchased a Compaq presario laptopA 900 with Vista OS and am now unable to get Yahoo Messenger PC-to-PC to work. the icon does not display after downloading messenger from the net.when I login to yahoo it says that this cmptr does not support voice compression data. I have downloaded skype and it works fine on the same cmptr. Anyone know how to resolve the problem in Yahoo messenger

probably to do with a codec. Try this Steps:- 1. Download file Truespeech.zip from or http://www.audio-bible.com/support/vista... 2. Unzip/untar the file and run "tsp_codec_install.exe" application. 3. Run yahoo messenger.
