How do I voice chat on yahoo IM?

How do I do voice chat in Yahoo IM with Windows XP?

  • In an older version of Yahoo IM, I just clicked on the telephone handset and we could talk over the computer. Now that I have the updated version I can't find the icon to do it. Also does it make a difference if mine is Windows XP and theirs is Vista?

    It should not make any difference if you're using XP and someone else is using Vista. Messenger 8 should work.
