Has anyone experienced a shut down of Yahoo Messenger when initiating a video call? No problem with the voice?
-
No problem with the voice call, but if I want to make a video call, I get a message box stating that a problem has caused the program to stop working properly and Windows will now shut down the program. I have used the video calling before on the older version of Yahoo Messenger but am now using YM10. Can anyone shed light on this problem? Thanks. I live in the Philippines and sure would like to video call back to the states again.

Answer:
This may have occurred because both parties need to have Yahoo Messenger 10. So if someone you are trying to video chat is on YM9, it won't work.
