How do I voice chat on yahoo IM?

Why after installing Yahoo IM for Vista I could not locate Voice Chat and Phone out?

In my earlier Yahoo IM ( not for Vista) I have Voice Chat and Phone Out installed with the Yahoo IM.
Answer:

YIM for vista is just a trail version, this is for people to give feedback on the service. Not all the functions are available yet. When the true version come out all the functions will be there.
