How to use voice chat in mac yahoo messenger?

im just swith to mac , now im using max os x with yahoo for mac version 3.0 beta 1 should be the last one , what happen is i can not found the voice chat button , but there is only webcam available , any body know if i need some plug ins or anything else to activate the voice chat , like im using in the pc before
