How can I view another person's webcam?

Please tell me if my webcam is working & i dont want my friend in my list view my webcam more without stop it?

please tell me how i can ignore persons in my list without deleting them out of my list, but they cant view my webcam and cant invite me to a conference. Im still online but persons from my list cant contact me if i dont allow?Please tell me how.Thanks

well.... go to yahoo messenger,choose preferences,choose webcam,choose when someone tries to view my webcam ,choose Always ask for my permission. Right click on the name of the person that you don't want to appear online to,choose stealth settings,choose appear permanently offline to ..... If you chose to sign in invisible then no one of them could see you on line.open yahoo messenger,click on messenger,choose privacy,then Ignore list,click on Ignore only the people below and then add the names of those who you don't want them to send you any IMS anymore.
