Why can't i add contacts?

when i set yahoo ID or MSN ID and i press Next then Next its writes Please wait while the contacts is added to your Messenger List then next a moment writes " Your request to add a contact has taken longer than expected to complete." " The operation my have succeeded. Please check your Messenger List later ". more information: i have trying of all computers an laptop and in my two Yahoo ID . please if you are help me i will be thankful . so im so sorry for my writing but I'm Kurdish don't know English language . if you are don't understand me tell us by message.
