Why doesn't my picture show on yahoo Messenger on display image?

Yahoo Messenger display image picture?

My Yahoo Messenger would not allow me to set a window display image. It allows me to browse a picture, but after i make the ok for share my pictue or share my avator Yahoo Messenger closes and i need to open the messenger again. Any suggestion how to fix it? Thanks a lot.

Well, the fact that you have no photo or avatar showing here, tells me that you've not yet added these images to your Yahoo Profile page. It's from there, that all the other Yahoo programs select their photos. The quick fix, is to go to your Profile page and upload a few different photos and avatars, I have about 6-7 total. I mean, why not? Different looks for different moods.
