Why isn't my webcam broadcasting on Yahoo Messenger?

I can't access my webcam in Yahoo messenger!?

  • Help!? Yahoo messenger can't connect to my webcam! Why? It use to work before now somethings wrong. And I know for a fact that it isnt the webcams fault. I installed the latest driver and made sure it was connected. In addition to that I tried testing the webcam and it works on youtube and other programs ,but not yahoo messenger.     ok, so you say ya webcam drivers are correct, working bla.. log-in to ya yahoo Messenger, go to prefers then your webcam setting - You may need to re-select your camera source at the top of page.. Some times other software takes over older settings etc. hope this help
