Why cant I download the new windows messenger with voice.?

When I try to download it, it apears to download and install it even puts the shortcut on my desktop. Then when I try to open and run it the download page comes up again, as if I never downloaded it at all.

If you are right clicking and downloading, you are only saving the web site page. I tried it myself and had no problem with it whatsoever. It is possible that that file was corrupt or that the server was down, but that would be it. You should try it again. Please vote for the best answer!
