Why won't my Windows live messenger install properly?

My windows live messenger wont install! Help!?

Last night my live messenger stoppped working even though my internet was working fine. So i tried downloading it again, but it wouldnt work at all. Ive tried again today, im on wireless atm, so i thought that aws the problem - so i plugged my internet cable in and tried downloading again... that didnt wotk.. i have enough disk space.. my firewall is fine, everything fine i dunno why it just wont install.. please help someone....
