How to delete MSN messenger block list?

How do I delete a contact off my Messenger list on MSN without getting this message?

I added this wrong person, so I asked her to block and delete me so she did, I blocked her and I've tried deleting her but I get a message saying that I cannot delete this contact and I'm automatically signed out. Any ideas? -Help please, lord knows who the hell this girl is and I totally do NOT want her on my contact list even if I have her blocked.
Answer:

The reason you may not be able to completely get her off your list is, you are still on hers. The next time you try to her the next time it says "you cannot delete this contact" There should also be a box that you can either check or un check saying whether you want to view/recieve this message again if it says to check if you want to then un check it or if it says the oppisite do the oppisite.
