Why can't I download MSN live messenger 8.0?

http://get.live.com/messenger/overview I use this website to download it and then this page http://get.live.com/messenger/config I unticked all the boxes and clicked install ... but then it just says: 'this page cannot be displayed' WHY IS THIS? Thank you very much for your help

Answer:
You may need to keep at least one of the boxes ticked. Or that might be updating it / the web browser [ i think that's the right word for it ] you are using might not be able to download it.
