Why is yahoo messenger acting like this and how can I fix it?

YaHoO MeSsEnGeR!?!?!?

My yahoo messenger has been acting up lately i can not stay logged on i have reported the error to yahoo 3 days ago and have not gotten any help is there any way i can fix this problem on my own. Please only helpful answers if you do not no the answer do not waste your time posting a lame one that makes no sence. Thank you if you have and answer i use yahoo messenger for work and cannot do any with it logging me off constantly.

There may be some sort of block at work that prevents instant messaging. If you use it at home and this does not happen then that might be the cause. Businesses lose a tremendous amount of productivity from employees chatting on instant messengers all day when they should be working.
