How do you install Yahoo messenger on computer?

How do I fix this error message on my computer? I am trying to install Yahoo Messenger.?

Every time I try to install Yahoo Messenger on this computer, I receive the following message : Could not load the DLL library C;\WINDOWS\kernel32.dll. The specified module could not be found. What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks!

C;\WINDOWS\kernel32.dll This particular file have to be reinstalled. so, format ur drives and reinstall WINDOWS operating system

GO to google type the file name in it will give you a list of sites you can download this DLL file from then just download it and install it to the specifield location and it should work it is just a DLL file you need it, its like a car with no fuel, wont work
