How do I open my webcam on yahoo?

I have a webcam and it works as it would but when i chat on yahoo mail, i dont know how to open webcam there?

I am sorry but the chat feature in Yahoo! Mail does not support webcams. For that you would need to download and install the full version of Yahoo Messenger chat program. You can download it here: http://messenger.yahoo.com/ Please note that you cannot be signed into the chat feature of Yahoo Mail and also Yahoo Messenger at the same time with the same Yahoo ID. It is best to sign out of chat (disabling it) that is in Yahoo Mail first before signing into Yahoo Messenger if you are going to be checking your mail at any time while signed into Yahoo Messenger.
