How can you import contacts from Yahoo Messenger to Windows Live Messenger?

I'd like to know if there is a way to import contacts from my Msn Live Messenger to my new Yahoo Messenger!?

The problem is that I'm new to yahoo mail and messaging service, so there is no contacts in my yahoo mail either.

maybe put ur contacts into ur microsoft outlook address book... dunno how long or easy it would be but then u can import them on yahoo msg by goin to contacts and import contacts
